Configure your devices remotely via prisma CLOUD

We are happy to announce the newest release of our telehealth application prisma CLOUD! From today you will benefit from the enhanced functions available for all users worldwide.

Telesetting
For all prisma SMART and prisma SOFT devices equipped with the newest firmware (v3.5.3) TELESETTINGS are now enabled. You can see and modify all parameters directly within prisma CLOUD. To view the devices’ configuration, simply click on the patient the device is linked with.

Bilevel-Statistics
The functions of the API have been extended, as we added an additional endpoint to collect enhanced data for bilevel-devices. To learn how to enable and use these functions, please refere to the online documentation or your local contact person.
